Our Residential Lettings Department are up for two categories. The first of these is the award for Letting Agency of the Year. Additionally, our Residential Sales Department have also been shortlisted for two prizes at the RESI Awards. The first of these is UK Sales Team of the Year, this shortlisting gives credence to our holistic approach to marketing the sale of a property. Looking at all the individual aspects which make a property unique and helping purchasers find their ideal home. Additionally, we were also nominated for the prize for Residential Investment Agency. With our growing Residential Sales Department and our Investment Departments working closely and using their varied expertise, we demonstrate the importance of interdepartmental cooperation every day.
Speaking to our Managing Director Antony Antoniou he stated: “We were delighted to have been shortlisted for so many awards – the second most of any company and the most for an independent agency! Our highly prized and coveted independence allows us to offer a far more comprehensive and bespoke service than many other larger agencies.”
