We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for three awards at the highly prestigious Property Awards hosted by Property Week Magazine.

We are one of the few Fitzrovia-based agents to have been nominated for the Niche or Regional agency Team of the Year Award. This demonstrates the high level of service which we provide and the affinity which we have for the Fitzrovia area and the West End as a whole. Having completed a number of sales and lettings in the West End, we always knew that our specialised local knowledge was second to none and we were delighted to have been recognised for our knowledge at these awards.

In addition, we have also been nominated for Investment Team of the Year and Office Agency Team of the Year. We were especially happy to have been shortlisted for these awards as the only independent agency to have made the list. As a company which fiercely guards its independence, we are delighted to once again find ourselves alongside some of the biggest firms in the industry. This independent spirit is a key tenet of our success, allowing us to offer a far more bespoke and tailored service than many of our larger rivals can offer. This holistic approach is what allows us to compete with much larger companies, with a keen focus on the individual needs of our clients – both new and existing.

The Property Awards have been hosted by Property Week Magazine for 24 years and in that time have become one of the most prestigious commercial real estate awards. They are a key event in any commercial or investment agent’s calendar, this years’ awards are on 24^th April 2019 at Grosvenor House in Mayfair.
