Our Residential Sales, Residential Lettings, and New Homes teams continue to expand in the Camden and broader NW1 area, and we are excited about our achievements over the past year!
Having spoken earlier this year about RIB’s collaborative approach to achieve the best results for our clients in Camden, we are please to announce that our residential teams have built on their strength over the last year with our residential lettings department led by Julia Garber successfully letting a number of properties on Albany Street one of the most prominent streets in Camden, located just a stone’s throw away from Mornington Crescent Station and Regent’s Park. These NW1 postcode areas are a core part of our residential lettings business and we pleased to have expanded our footprint in what is a growing and vibrant Prime London residential market.
Additionally, our sales team have been active in the area and have exciting plans for the coming year with a prime development opportunity for a buyer in the NW1 area, perfect for conversion or renovation for any purchaser. This is part of our long term strategy in both our Residential Sales and Residential Lettings teams to grow our presence across our core W1, NW1, EC1, and WC1 areas as well as selling and letting properties across Prime London areas with recent sales and lettings in areas including Swiss Cottage, Primrose Hill, Wimbledon, and Fulham.
