Collaborative in Camden!

One of our team’s most important values is our collaborative way of working with our many teams working together to solve complex problems.

One area in which all our teams have significant experience in all areas and are able to cooperate with each other to achieve fantastic results for our clients is in Camden and the wider NW1 area. Our Commercial Sales team have had significant success in the sale of properties in the area including multiple buildings on Parkway, a major Camden thoroughfare, as well as a large vacant property with significant development potential located on Symes Mews near Mornington Crescent Station.

Our Residential Sales team have also had notable successes throughout the London Borough of Camden with property sales in many major submarkets as well as in the Regent’s Park area. Additionally, the regeneration of Camden as an area makes it a key location for businesses specialising in luxury and new build homes with our New Homes Team on hand to assist every step of the way from planning to development, through to sale of the final units.

The Regent’s Park and NW1 areas are also a key location for our Residential Lettings Team who have used their prowess for letting properties in all Prime London locations to their advantage to assist landlords in letting homes. Our team have recently transacted throughout northwest London in areas including Regent’s Park, Swiss Cottage, St John’s Wood, and Euston. This, together with the team still gaining instructions during these challenging times, is testament to the team’s ability to get results for our clients regardless of the underlying market conditions.

In addition, our Commercial Lettings Team are one of the most active in the Camden and northwest London submarkets, having been shortlisted in no less than three Northwest London categories at the Costar Awards including most active single branch agency by square foot, most active disposal agent, and most active single branch agency by number of transactions. Camden was a key part of this success in North and Northwest London areas with it being one of the submarkets we are most active in.

All these recent successes in Camden highlight out credentials in Camden and Northwest London with the team looking for more complex transactions involving the building of long term relationships with our clients. One key example of our collaborative approach in action is The Interlock at 35 Riding House Street. The property was acquired by our investment team with our New Homes team advising on the creation of the new development, and our Residential Lettings and Commercial Lettings team letting the ground floor retail space and the flats above. We would be delighted to assist any landlord or vendor in Camden either collaboratively with our other teams.
