Costar Awards are based on extensive data, looking at the most active agents in any given area. They are designed for commercial properties in all asset classes with our commercial lettings team being recognised as one of the leading single branch agencies in both the West End and North London office markets. In addition, we were especially delighted to have come second in the award for “London North and Northern Fringe – Office Awards Most Active Single Branch Agency Acquisitions & Disposals (number)” as well as being one of just two single branch agencies recognised in the “London North & Northern Fringe Most Active Disposal Agent (number)”.

We attribute this fantastic success to the creation of an additional department who transact on disposals of under 1,500 square feet, opening up an entirely new client base of start-ups and companies which would normally consider serviced offices. Additionally, our senior Commercial Agency Team dealing with space above that size have many years combined experience in the industry and deal with complex property issues every day, allowing us to offer a comprehensive service to our clients. Furthermore, the recent expansion of our Commercial Acquisitions Team has resulted in a number of landmark acquisitions in the West End including the brand new Hanway House, the acquisition of a total of 12,000 square feet in Corinthian House on behalf of two different clients, and the acquisition of a property on Windmill Street. This focus on both landlords and tenants is one of the attributes which makes us unique in the marketplace with knowledge on both aspects of a property transaction meaning that we are able to offer fantastic advice to our clients, regardless of what they are looking for.
