RIB’s New Homes Department continues to go from strength to strength successfully selling homes in a number of new developments.

Despite not initially being instructed on the Portland and Riding Development, we were able to use our expertise and market knowledge to assist the developers in the sale of their apartments. With the existing multinational agents requiring our local knowledge and expertise of the area, RIB sold three out of the nine units including the only penthouse in the development. The Portland and Riding Development was created by leading developer Great Portland Estates who we were delighted to have helped in the disposal of their development.

In addition, we were also successful in the sale of four apartments located on Margaret Street, W1. The development consisted of five apartments, meaning that we were the most prolific agent instructed on the property. Our unparalleled success in selling this development relied on our expert knowledge of the area as well as our attention to detail, taking into account every aspect of our client’s specific needs.
