We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for Sales Team of the Year at the RESI Awards hosted by Property Week.

Having been shortlisted last year we were delighted to have continued that success by once against being shortlisted for one of these prestigious awards. With our New Homes Team and Residential Sales team having many landmark instructions including the Chancery Quarters Development and the Marylebone Square Development, we were able to weather a challenging year for the residential property market and come out successful. This is testament to both teams’ resilience and ability to overcome adversity as well as a testament to the knowledge base which all our residential teams have here at RIB.

Speaking to our Board Director Damien Field, he stated: “Whilst last year was a challenging time for the Residential Sales market, our team has shown resilience and determination to get through it culminating in a nomination for one of the most prestigious awards in the industry. Although the Brexit uncertainty has been replaced to some degree by fears over Coronavirus, we are certain that the Residential Team will bounce back and continue to grow and thrive as we always do.”
