A new office for Robert Irving Burns that is fit for purpose and for our ambitions. Like many businesses we have been grown organically and bolted on space as we grew to the point where we occupied multiple floors in our well known Fitzrovia base.

Trebling in size over 7 years we are now a truly mid-size company and one of the biggest independent property advisers in the West End.

Our team culture and client service based on collaborative working across our multi sector offering was strained, team meetings are all very well and good but how do you talk to your colleagues and interact when they’re 5 flights of stairs above you!?

We have been looking for some time for space that matches our way of working that would excite and inspire. 19 Margaret Street fits the bill perfectly with a bright open office environment, excellent meeting and breakout facilities, along with something we are particularly excited about – a double height meeting and atrium roofed space where we plan to hold informative client events, exhibitions and the odd drinks party post COVID!

Wrapping on our frontage, anticipation was building for everyone to see what our new office would be like.

Whilst the property still had a number of stunning features, when we acquired it the partitioning and cubicles made the space look small and unwelcoming…. it was time to get the builders in!

We are now in occupation and are looking forward to welcoming our team, clients new and old.
