RIB’s Investment Team has completed two sales in Regis Road Kentish Town, London NW5, totalling approximately 30,000sqft. One sale was to a Dark Kitchen operator servicing the likes of Deliveroo & Uber Eats, whilst the other was to a Local Authority Health Department.
