RIB’s Investment Team has completed two sales in Regis Road Kentish Town, London NW5, totalling approximately 30,000sqft. One sale was to a Dark Kitchen operator servicing the likes of Deliveroo & Uber Eats, whilst the other was to a Local Authority Health Department.

The property was effectively split into two and sold in separate transactions, both to owner occupiers.
With the area undergoing significant redevelopment and regeneration in recent years, there is now a much wider range of occupiers looking to operate out of this location. It’s proximity to Kentish Town Station and the ease of travel to the West End has made the area increasingly popular in recent years.
