Street Food for Every Mood: Why Rupert Street is such a Great Place to be

August 9, 2017    |   Panny Antoniou

Located in London’s vibrant Soho, just a stone’s throw away from the renowned Golden Square, Rupert Street is one of the most popular streets in London.

Famous for its regular street food market serving everything from burgers and wraps, to Korean barbecue and falafel, Rupert Street has something to offer even the most discerning of food critics. In addition, catering to Soho’s significant LGBT Community, there is a very famous gay bar on the street called Rupert Street Bar. This, along with other bars and restaurants gives the street a characteristic and unique feel.

In addition Rupert Street is close to flagship stores of many high end streetwear labels which are situated on Brewer Street, an intersecting road. These include Palace Skateboards, Carhartt, and Stone Island, all of which are well known leaders of street fashion. As well as this, Brewer Street is close to many well-known restaurants, including Kiln, a Thai restaurant which is famous for cooking their food using clay pots and wood-burning ovens. In addition, Rupert Street has fantastic links to public transport with Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus, and Tottenham Court Road all very nearby.

Here at Robert Irving Burns, we love Rupert Street and the Soho area in general. We believe that it is a fantastic place for anyone to live and work and an even better place for a long term investment. Do not hesitate to contact a member of our team for further information about this fantastic area.
