In addition, this Fitzrovia establishment is serving three additional kinds of pancake to celebrate Shrove Tuesday. The first is American style pancakes with crispy bacon and maple syrup, they are also serving a banoffee pancake with salted caramel and banana, as well as a Bueno pancake with chocolate sauce and toasted hazelnuts. This New York inspired establishment serves French classics fused with modern American cuisine. Their menu includes a variety of buttermilk pancakes with flavours including caramelised banana which is made with banana and maple syrup cream, bacon and maple – which includes crispy bacon, blueberries, and maple syrup – and a berries pancake made with blueberries, a mixed berry compote, and crème fraiche.
