February 13, 2018    |   Panny Antoniou

As one of our favourite breakfast options here at RIB, we believe that pancakes are for life not just for pancake day! Take a look at some of our favourite places to eat this delicious meal.

Riding House Café:

This trendy all-day brasserie serves their famous buttermilk pancakes with berries, clotted cream, and maple syrup daily. In addition, this Fitzrovia establishment is serving three additional kinds of pancake to celebrate Shrove Tuesday. The first is American style pancakes with crispy bacon and maple syrup, they are also serving a banoffee pancake with salted caramel and banana, as well as a Bueno pancake with chocolate sauce and toasted hazelnuts. We are certain you will enjoy their relaxed vibes and great atmosphere.

The Breakfast Club Cafe:

This primarily London based breakfast chain began right here in the West End. They opened their first ever shop on D’Arblay Street in 2005 and have never looked back since. Serving many different varieties of pancakes and waffles, this fantastic restaurant is regarded by many as one of the best places in the city to get breakfast food at any time of day!

Jackson & Rye:

This New York inspired establishment serves French classics fused with modern American cuisine. Their menu includes a variety of buttermilk pancakes with flavours including caramelised banana which is made with banana and maple syrup cream, bacon and maple – which includes crispy bacon, blueberries, and maple syrup – and a berries pancake made with blueberries, a mixed berry compote, and crème fraiche.

Where the Pancakes are:

Where The Pancakes Are features over ten different kinds of pancakes with twelve customisable extras so you can have your pancakes just as you like them! With ingredients including smoked salmon, portobello mushroom, and see salted caramel, this Southwark-based restaurant has something to suit every taste whether you prefer your pancakes sweet or savoury.
