RIB were able to successfully act for our clients in the acquisition of a freehold property located at 27-28 Windmill Street, Fitzrovia, W1.

The property benefits from excellent transport connections with Tottenham Court Road Station 200m to the south providing access to the Northern Line and Central Line as well as access to the new Elizabeth Line (Crossrail). In addition, the subject property is also located near Goodge Street Station with access to the Northern Line.
