Following on from receiving instructions from a Private client, RIB have acquired the vacant Self-contained office building at 26 Lloyd Baker St London WC1.

RIB’s Commercial leasing team subsequently advised our client on the refurbishment and then the letting of the building to a Private Therapy company.
