RIB’s Investment Team were mandated with the mixed-use Freehold sale known as 124 Cleveland Street, W1, on behalf of a private individual. Over recent years RIB have been involved in a number of sales on Cleveland Street, further emphasising our understand of the area.
About the property
The property is located on Cleveland Street, within the key West End submarket of Fitzrovia. It is one of the most well-known thoroughfares in the area with restaurants including Archipelago, Oriental Dragon, Fish Bone and Ragam.
Cleveland Street has been further boosted with the recent mixed-use development known as 101 on Cleveland Street by Dukelease, in a joint venture with Art-Invest and ECE.
