I would like to express my thanks to you for all your help in the sale of my flat, and also for the excellent service RIB have provided over the past 15 years.  I have never been comfortable with the role of landlord and being 12,000 miles away should have meant it was unworkable, but RIB made it easy, and dealt swiftly and professionally with any problems that arose. I cannot thank everybody individually, but the level of service from the lettings department has been consistently excellent.
