Owning a property comes with a host of responsibilities and duties, ranging from legal requirements, through to practical strategies for maintaining, and protecting the building and its occupants. When the property in question is occupied by a number of individual owners, ensuring that these obligations and duties are carried out in a proper and timely fashion can be a complex affair.
