Our residential lettings department has enjoyed a great start to 2018 and have completed a number of deals throughout the West End.

We were instructed on a stunning recently refurbished townhouse set in the heart of picturesque Regents Park. This three-story house with fantastic natural light throughout is located on a quiet private mews, providing anyone looking to live here with privacy and serenity, despite living in the heart of Central London. Other features of this property include two reception rooms, an eat-in kitchen, a master bedroom which features a walk-in wardrobe, as well as three further bedrooms, and three bathrooms. In addition, the property benefits from daily security patrols by the Crown Estate, use of the private Park Crescent Gardens which incorporate lawn tennis and are perfect for private events, and two coveted parking permits for the area. We were delighted to let this property and are certain that the new tenants will adore their new home!

In January we were also successful in letting a beautifully presented one double bedroom apartment located in a redbrick Marylebone mansion. The property features original stripped wood flooring, and ample storage space which is a result of its intelligent layout. The property features an entrance hallway with guest cloakroom, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a bright reception room, en suite bathroom featuring roll-top bath and separate walk-in shower, and access to pretty communal gardens. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from Marylebone Mainline Station, and Baker Street Underground Station. Additionally, Regents Park is within easy walking distance. At Robert Irving Burns, our lettings department does large amounts of work within the Marylebone area and we used our local knowledge to assist us in letting this property.

We also managed to let two stunning apartments located in the same building on Bateman Street in Soho. The first property was a one-bedroom apartment and the second apartment is a two-bedroom apartment which also features a balcony. Both properties were immaculately presented with award winning interior design. The development benefits from high specification materials from Italy where they were handcrafted by specialists. These materials included Arabescato porcelain tiles, timber floors, and polished black nickel brassware. The bathrooms in both properties boast underfloor heating for residents’ comfort. We were not surprised to see both of these stunning apartments in this new development be snapped up so fast.

We still have a wide variety of homes and apartments to let available if you want to make Central London your new home. For more information or to enquire about letting your property, do not hesitate to contact a member of our dedicated residential lettings team.
