The redevelopment of Morley House, on the east side of Regent Street, will go ahead, with plans for 44 residential units and 11,000 square feet of retail space.

This project is part of the ongoing redevelopment of the Regent Street which was first built in the Georgian era. The total cost of redevelopment of the street is estimated to cost £1bn and the renovation of this particular building located at 314-322 Regent Street will cost approximately £100m.

Construction will be completed in summer 2020, Kier Construction are the main building contractor for the works and the project is being overseen by development managers Waltonwagner.

Regent Street is managed by the Crown Estate on behalf of the Regent Street Partnership which is a joint venture between the Crown Estate and Norges Bank Investment Management.
