Our busy commercial lettings department has completed a number of deals during the Christmas period.

Here at Robert Irving Burns, our dedicated commercial lettings department have a proven track record of providing a fantastic service to our clients and letting properties throughout the West End and Central London. One commercial property which we recently let is a fantastic 1st floor office located at 11 Argyll Street. This 616 square foot property was the ideal place for a West End office. Located just a stone’s throw away from Oxford Circus station, it boasts easy access to the Bakerloo, Victoria, and Central Lines as well as easy access to London’s most famous shopping destination, Oxford Street. In addition, Argyll Street itself is a great shopping, dining, and nightlife destination. The street itself features burger chain Five Guys, a branch of Angus Steakhouse, rooftop bar Aqua, department store Liberty, and boutique club Toy Room. All this make it an ideal place for an office and we were not surprised to see this space snapped up.

Additionally, we are delighted to announce that we have successfully let a beautiful ground floor office located in the heart of vibrant Covent Garden. This 1249 square foot W1 office is ideal for any growing business, with ample space for expansion. This self-contained office is just a short walk from multiple transport links with Underground stations including Covent Garden, Holborn, and Temple within easy walking distance. In addition, the area surrounding Covent Garden is also home to the renowned Covent Garden market with a wealth of restaurants, bars, shops, and outdoor entertainers. In addition, it is also near the West End’s famous theatres, so you will never be short of entertainment in the area. We were delighted to let this office and we are certain that the new tenants will absolutely love their office location.

We also let some office space on Wardour Street which is one of Soho’s main streets. We thought this great space would be perfect for any media company looking to base themselves in the heartland of London’s creative industry. The property is located near a number of restaurants including BRGR.CO, Kiln, and Blacklock. In addition, Wardour Street is within easy walking distance of both Oxford Circus and Tottenham Court Road stations. This means that the Soho office has easy access to multiple tube lines including the Central Line, Northern Line, Victoria Line, and Bakerloo Line. We here at Robert Irving Burns loved the great natural light from both sides and we are certain that the new occupiers will too.

In addition to letting lots of Central London office space, we are delighted to announce that we also have significant experience in letting retail units throughout the West End. One retail unit which we were delighted to let is located at 81 Charlotte Street in Fitzrovia. This beautiful retail unit is located within walking distance of Goodge Street station and features excellent natural light as a result of the front elevation. The retail unit will soon be home to an electronics company which specialises in selling cameras, editing and post production software, and video equipment. We are very exciting for their new opening and we are sure they will make fine use of such a fantastic space.

Another retail unit which wee have recently let is located at 107 Regents Park Road, just a stone’s throw away from the park after which it is named. With ample green areas around in the form of Primrose Hill and Regents Park, this is a beautiful unit which also features a beautiful rear courtyard. This Primrose Hill retail premises is within walking distance of Chalk Farm Station as well as Camden. This ensure that there is high footfall in the area, as well as great transportation links. This retail unit will soon become home to a women’s luxury lingerie brand, we are certain that they will be a great success and we wish them lots of luck in their new business.

Finally, we also successfully let another great Fitzrovia retail unit at 130 Great Portland Street. We loved the high ceilings which this property features and were certain that the prime location would make it ideal for any company with the added benefit of permission to change the site for A1 Food use. Great Portland Street is located near a number of stations with Great Portland Street Station, and Oxford Circus located at either end of the street. The proximity to some of London’s premier shopping streets also means that this location benefits from relatively high footfall. This Fitzrovia retail shop is being occupied by a holistic wellness centre which sells a number of organic, natural products as well as offering osteopathy treatments, and courses in both Pilates and yoga.
