The first property is a freehold cottage in Lawford’s Wharf which we acquired in an off-market transaction. This office space has great potential and is well-located, just a stone’s throw away from the Regents Canal and all the amenities which Camden has to offer. In addition, the cottage has potential for development, subject to planning permission. This means that our media clients can either make a profit on their office space or continue to use the same offices as their business expands.
Both the remaining properties are located on Wells Street in the heart of our core Fitzrovia area. We were delighted to acquire significant Grade A office space at 75 Wells Street on behalf of a media client. Located just a short walk from the coveted Market Place foodie destination, the new occupants of this great office space will no doubt be delighted with the wide array of eateries in the area!
In addition, RIB acquired a number of floors 66-67 Wells Street on behalf of a fashion client. We were delighted to complete on this office space which is ideally located near a number of underground stations; including Tottenham Court Road, Great Portland Street, Oxford Circus, and Goodge Street. This means that there is direct access to a number of lines; including the Central Line, Bakerloo Line, Northern Line, and Victoria Line.
