In August, RIB’s highly successful Residential Lettings Department rented out a large volume of properties throughout Central London.
We successfully let two apartments, both located at 74 Wardour Street in Soho. Both properties had one bedroom and were newly refurbished. The first of these was located on the second floor, and the second was on the third floor. We were delighted to complete on both transactions on this very well-known street. These lettings show the desirability of the Soho area with many tenants viewing the area as an ideal location to live. If you would like to rent in Soho, we are certain that we will have the ideal space for you.
In August, we also managed to let out one further Soho apartment which was located on Marshall Street, this is part of the world-renowned Carnaby submarket of Soho which has a number of pedestrianised streets and famous retailers in the area. It is one of the most coveted locations throughout London and has an eclectic range of shops and other amenities with fantastic transport links in the vicinity.
In addition, as Fitzrovia-based agents, we also successfully completed on a number of lettings in the area including the letting of studio apartment on Percy Street and a one-bedroom apartment on Mortimer Street. Benefitting from hardwood floors, high ceilings, and ample storage, this first-floor apartment in a newly-renovated period building was a delight! Another property which we were successful in letting is a two-bedroom apartment on Berners Street, the same road on which the famous London Edition Hotel and Jason Atherton’s Berners Tavern are located on. We always have a number of apartments to let in Fitzrovia if you are looking to live in the area.
We have also let a two-bedroom apartment on Great Portland Street as well as two three-bedroom apartments, and a studio flat on the same street. All the properties were in outstanding condition with a number of different and unique character features. With no less than four lettings on such a coveted street, this emphasises our credentials as the premier Fitzrovia specialists for both sales and lettings in the area as Great Portland Street is one of the most well-known of Fitzrovia destinations.
As well as our success on Great Portland Street, we also had amazing results on Foley Street where we managed to let out three properties located on Foley Street. With two two-bedroom apartments and a one-bedroom apartment let on the same street in the same month, we are cementing our place in the market as one of the most active agents in the Fitzrovia West End submarket. In addition, we also let a one-bedroom apartment on Gosfield Street with wooden flooring and a statement fireplace in the main living area.
Continuing on from these Fitzrovia lettings, we also let a two-bedroom apartment on Cleveland Street. This was beautifully presented with wood floors and abundant natural light. In addition, we also rented out another two-bedroom apartment on Great Titchfield Street – another of Fitzrovia’s most sought-after destinations with restaurants including Mac and Wild, Meraki, and Scandinavian Kitchen located on the street.
The last of our Fitzrovia lettings was on Tottenham Street where we were highly successful in letting two two-bedroom apartments on Tottenham Street which is within walking distance of Goodge Street Underground Station and a variety of fantastic amenities in and around the Fitzrovia area.
Robert Irving Burns also have an extensive presence in Marylebone and we are delighted to disclose that we have let out an extremely spacious two double bedroom apartment on the 6th floor of a gated development near Regents Park. The property is comprised of a large reception room with two Juliette balconies, separate kitchen, and two bathrooms. In addition, the property has 24-hour security and concierge, with a residents-only gym and heated swimming pool.
Furthermore, this was not the only residential property which we successfully let near Regents Park. We also let a property in the heart of the Regents Park area on Albany Street with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with ample natural light and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. This was in addition to a further one-bedroom apartment in Park Crescent, which is also located near Regents Park.
Furthermore, we also let two four-bedroom apartments on New Cavendish Street – a street which includes amongst its residents the Royal College of Midwives, the Marylebone Farmers’ Market, and Asia House. There was also a one-bedroom apartment on Weymouth Street which we were successful in letting as well as a further two-bedroom apartment on adjoining street Weymouth Mews.
We also let a further two Marylebone properties. The first of these was a two-bedroom apartment on Westmoreland Street which is a bright two-bedroom space in the heart of Marylebone Village. The final property which we let in Marylebone in August was a studio in Gloucester Place which was located on the first floor of a stunning Marylebone period building. This shows our expanding share of the Marylebone residential market as our team continues to go from strength to strength.
The residential lettings department also managed to let a property on Coburg Street which is located in the heart of Euston. The property was a duplex apartment/maisonette with a small roof terrace, located just moments away from Euston Square and Euston Railway Station – providing the property with some of the best transport links in the country.]
The principal home of London’s literary tradition, Bloomsbury is a vibrant and interesting place to live. That is why we were delighted to have let a one-bedroom apartment in the area which is also home to the publishes of the same name and many UCL campus buildings.
Expanding out of our traditional West End and W1 locations, we were also able to let a newly furnished two-bedroom apartment on Brompton Road in Chelsea. This is the same road on which department store Harrods as well as a variety of other interesting and useful amenities are located. We were delighted to let this property as it shows our range, having successfully expanded to encompass parts of the Central London rental market outside of the West End.
We were delighted to have let all of these properties as our residential lettings agency continues to grow. For further information on the properties we have available, take a look at our website or contact one of our specialist Residential Lettings Advisors.
