We are delighted to announce that RIB and our joint agents have completed  the letting of 35 Inverness Street, London NW1.

The property which is known as Clearwater Yard is one of Camden’s most iconic office developments and is a RIBA award winning building with a number of stunning features.

Located on Inverness Street, home to one of Camden’s world famous markets, the property was highly sought after. Despite the difficulties in the Camden and Kentish Town office markets, we were able to secure the letting of 5,680 square feet of office space on behalf of our private client.

The letting consisted of a ground floor right hand side and the entire first floor, having previously let the ground floor left hand side on behalf of the same client. This more recent letting was to a challenger bank, demonstrating London’s affinity for both technology start-ups and financial services, despite the Brexit uncertainty.

Speaking to Head of Commercial Leasing Elliot Simmons, he stated: “The Camden and Kentish Town submarkets have become more challenging in recent times with a large amount of office space available in the area. This meant that as agents we had to be proactive in the way we marketed the property. With such a unique space we were able to utilise a number of different tactics including an acquisitions agents’ breakfast and a mailout to all local occupiers which raised awareness of this stunning space.

This letting shows that despite a slowdown in these submarkets, there is still demand if agents are proactive and look out for the best interests of their clients”
